1. ada dua kaedah, samada daging nak tumis atau rebus dulu<br />
tapi aku prefer daging tu rebus, less oily<br />

sudu air rebusan daging (kalau daging direbus)<br />
3. pukul telur bersama bawang merah yg dah di dadu kecil<br />
